Our 90-Day Guarantee We stand behind every Reviveflex product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Item must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required 

    How to Request a Refund

    1. Email info@reviveflex.com with your order number and reason for return
    2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
    3. Ship the item back to the address provided
    4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

      Non-Refundable Items

      • Items returned after 60 days
      • Items showing signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer

      Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

      UK Customers — Statutory Rights In addition to our policy, UK customers retain all statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a full refund within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
